Return Policy

GDiscount.com Online Return Policy 

Online purchases must be returned within 60 days and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. Some items can't be returned if used or opened. Phone cards cannot be returned. Other restrictions may apply. 


To Return to GDiscount.com:

Email support@gdiscount.com with your order number and what you would like returned. We will email you a return slip for you to send us back the merchandise. 

GDiscount.com Refunds:

•    Credit Card Purchases: Your refund will be credited to the original
     credit card. 

  
•    Gift Recipients: Your refund will be issued in the form of a GeneralDiscount.com
      e-GiftCard good for purchases at GeneralDiscount.com. 


Shipping/Handling and Gift Wrap: If the return is a result of our error, return the item to a GeneralDiscount.com Returns Center for a refund of the appropriate shipping and gift wrap charges. 

Restocking Fees: Some items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, including camcorders, digital cameras, portable DVD players and portable electronics. 

Tax: The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund. 

Discounts and Promotions: The refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift or discount. 

All other returns or exchanges will be offered manufacturers’ warranty and repair assistance at 1-310-885-3333.
